Jed Dempsey is a native Georgian from Athens who decided to open his solo practice in the neighborly atmosphere of Clarkesville, GA. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and his primary areas of practice are domestic and family law, litigation, wills, probate and estate, and Juvenile Court matters, along with the general practice of law necessary in a small town.
